MS Paint isn’t going anywhere, It will soon available on Windows Store : Microsoft

As the MS PAINT is going out of the default pack of MS OFFICE after the Windows 10 Fall Creator’s update.

Everyone is mourning about the immediate death of our favorite desktop paint tool, on which we created and painted a lot of
things in our childhood. But the thing is not that type, the MS PAINT tool, is just removed from Default pack, but it will be available in Windows Store.

“MS Paint is here to stay, it will just have a new home soon, in the Windows Store where it will be available for free,” the company’s blog post said.

“Today, we’ve seen an incredible outpouring of support and nostalgia around MS Paint. If there’s anything we learned, it’s that after 32 years, MS Paint has a lot of fans. It’s been amazing to see so much love for our trusty old app. ” says Megan Saunders, general manager of 3D at Microsoft.

 

According to the blog post, Paint 3D, a new app for creativity, will also be available for free with the Windows 10 Creators Update, which will continue to get new feature updates.

“In addition to the new 3D capabilities, many of the MS Paint features people know and love – like photo editing, line and curve tools, and 2D creation are in Paint 3D.”

So, the classic MS Paint app will be coming to Windows Store as a FREE download, soon! For users on Windows 10 Creators Update, can already try out the NEW Paint 3D app to explore 3D capabilities.
